Not to be a nitpicking asshole, but...

"...to all Malaysians of the Hindu faith and to Hindu's everywhere."

should read

"...to all Malaysians of the Hindu faith and to Hindus everywhere."

remove the apostrophe...

Another Umno moron (son in law of the PM) made a racial discriminative remark when he argued why "Msia Govt must remove fuel subsidies".

'Imagine a pakchik (vernacular for ethnic Malay man) on a motorcycle pays RM1.92 (80 Singapore cents) for a litre of petrol,' Mr Khairy said. 'A towkay (Chinese businessman) in a Mercedes-Benz pays the same price. Why? Why must we subsidise those who are already rich?'

What about the compulsary 5% price discount given to property purchase to Malays even if they are millionaire or billionaire ? A rich Malay will save $100k when he purchase a RM2mil bungalow while the poor Chinese and Indian will not even have a proper roof above their heads and have to suffer in silence.

Only Chinese drive Merc in Malaysia ? What about those children of politicians who drive Porche and Ferrari ?? and can afford to own public listed companies when they hardly turn 30 ?

"Outgoing EU ambassador slams Malaysia" -
THE European Union's outgoing ambassador Thierry Rommel has soundly criticised Malaysia, describing it as a virtual one-party state that discriminates against minorities and foreign investors by openly favouring the majority Malay Muslims.

De facto Law Minister Nazri Aziz dismissed the accusations by ambassador Rommel, who left his post on Tuesday after 4-1/2 years, saying his opinion was 'uninformed and ignorant'.

Kinda taken me by surprise that a law minister cld exhibit such poor engagement of facts when an EU ambassador who hv spent 4.5 yrs in Malaysia was quickly brushed off as uninformed & ignorant of local issues. Such "talent" shld be confined to engage only in kampong kedai kopi small talks and not matters befitting a cabinet calibre.
