Hey Foo Yeen. For sure I will invite you guys there when it's open. Yes, I need photos of the place for the blog. Food photos Melanie got her friend to take already. Thanks.
Anonymous 10:58 PM you mean they gave you the wrong amount on your bill? I must apologise. I shall have a word with the staff about this. It should never happen. I hope that it did not mar your enjoyment of the restaurant.

any plan to open in JB ? Surely singaporeans will patronize DV.
Yes I am sure that Singaporeans will like the Damansara Village concept of dining. But no we do not have any plans of going to Johor. Yet.
Pat, make it to Penang then ...
tony
Where oh where will it be?
Penang? Sure if there is a market for it.
Where? It is in the Imbi area.
patrick...do u need any POS system or cash register? i am dealing wth it..Raptor POS,Sharp,Quorion.anyway congrat on ya new outlet
Is the food halal?
I don't see the halal sign.
Thanks, Daniel. We've got the cash register systems already.
Sorry Jakim b J. Damansara Village @ Imbi is NOT Halal. However, our Damansara Village Steamboat @ Damansara Jaya serves a pork-free menu.
Patrick can give discount to your blog supporters ah?.
Anonymous 4:48 PM. Sure but how do you identify yourself as a Niamah!!! supporter?
pat,
how, you asked? you will easily know us one laaa... by just listening.
for example:-
when we want to look for you, we'll ask "Niamah hai dao mo?"
or
when the food is surprisingly good, we'll say "Niamah-ah! goam ho sek kek?".
and
when the bill is unexpectedly high, you'll probably hear "Niamah-hai-ah! goam kau guai kek!"
in any case, not to worry. we will still be supporters of Niamah!!! (i believe) but might never go back to have ta-peen-lo at imbi if it is case # 3.
Are you the owner or shareholder of this makan place?
Get that makansutra Seeto guy from Singapore (since the food is not halal) to certify if the food is Die Die Also Must Try.
Maybe one day you can get Anthony Bourdain or Bobby chinn or Andrew Zimmern to feature it in their program.
Get Ng Yen Yen to feature this restaurant ot the world as Rasa 1Malaysia?
Nowadays just say 'no pork no lard'.
Up to diners to decide whether they want to eat.
how about one at damansara perdana

Sounds good and delicious.
Unfortunately I am a Muslim and I cannot langgar undang undang.
Why on earth would Hans Isaac, a muslim, be at a non-halal restaurant?
I believe Hans is not a muslim since he failed to marry the famous malay actress (now married).
I hope the restaurant does not feature exotic meat now that the heads had become an issue.
Is there a Jazz Cafe coner at your restaurant?
Got bak kut teh or not?
Thank you for giving me the address 3 times but I would be happier if you start one at Damansara Perdana. We can be there more often.
Just came back from your place. The steamboat was good. The food very fresh, the price okay but unfortunately the mathematics was poor.
