Patrick,

It looks like there will be many charges dropped soon since there is a predominant ethnic group and a predominant religion in 1Malaysia. No prizes for guessing which type of charges will soon be dropped but the most obvious charges to be dropped would be the cowhead incident in Shah Alam, followed by recent fire bombing of the churches, followed by the illegal assembly of some ketuanan fellas, etc.

This country has already gone to the dogs, er, I mean to the cows as mob mentality is now the law since the "mob" in question are the loudest empty vessels from a certain group who constitutes the overwhelming general public.

1Malaysia, Truly A 1Doomed Country.

In the year of the tiger, when the government should have shown its power over those who think themselves holier than others, they showed themselves pussies, still stuck with the cowhead mentality, ejecting the usual bs when others stomped on the dignity of other religions. The government seemed to be cowed with fear of these groups and bend to their demands. BolehLand will surely be screwed by the government's apparent weakness and these bullheads. read rest at 'Spitting at God in the Face and a Slap to the Church' www.yah-meh.blogspot.com

It would be interesting to know how the AG guaged there was "overwhelming pressure from the general public" not to charge.

If the AG were to take a public opinion poll tomorrow, I'm sure he will find there is overwhelming public concern the DSAI trial should be closed at once!!

Dare we hope?

It is not inconceivable that MPM (Majlis Perundingan NGO Melayu) has the support of a significant number of the Malays and Muslims. Cuepacs itself represents over a million civil servants. MPM's message is loud and clear. Do not tinker with the NEP and Malay/Muslim supremacy. This is also a warning to the PM and his advisors (Idris Jala, Koh Tsu Koon), and his forthcoming economic liberalisation policies.

This is also a warning to all those who subscribe to the 'Malaysian Malaysia' ideology and the premise that all are equal, irrespective of race, religion or creed. I believe that a large and significant proportion of Malays and Muslims subscribe to the MPM ideology due to fear and insecurity brought on by globalisation.

Also one should thank Tun Mahathir Mohamad and the BTN (Biro Tatanegara) for successfully inculcating this ideology among the masses. Unfortunately, organisations like MPM will only expedite the brain drain and capital outflow. Chinese, Indians and liberal Malays who oppose MPM policies will emigrate.

This ain't about Malay rights. This is all about politics. Ibrahim Ali needs a bogeyman to push his agenda of remaining as (Pasir Mas) MP. Obviously, PAS will no longer let this King Frog run on their ticket any longer. And it also looks like Umno, for now, is not keen to let King Frog re-join.

As much as Perkasa is being made use of by Ibrahim to remain in public eye, Umno is also making use of Ibrahim to sub-contract their Ketuanan Melayu agenda. All this erosion of Malay rights is a smoke screen... if they want to be genuine about Malay rights, then fight for Kelantan's right to oil royalty as Kelantan is the Malay heartland.

The 80 NGO Muslim groups are the brainchild of Najib. On the surface it looks as though it is a delimma to Najib, in reality, he makes it happens, just like the churches burning, the comotion over 'Allah', the tricks did not work cos' the people of Malaysia read him like a book and never fall for another May 13th episode Najib anticipated. Our people know what is brewing right up his sleeves. And for this stupid NGO groups, they are the stooges, to display a grand standing of the so-called malay patriots, defending Malay rights, to put over wool over some of the gullible Malay people....in short, Najib's motive is i.e. to appease more malay voters come the next GE!!!

"Najib had said innovation and creativity is needed to push Malaysia into a high-income nation, adding protection and subsidies will have to give way to greater competition in a global world. Malay groups warn that such a move will shrink their share of the economic pie which they claim is dominated by minority groups."

Conclusion:
Malays groups want the 'same-old-ways', no innovation. That's why even malay artists complain that local radio stations did not play enough of their inferior songs.
They all behave this way as they are the end-product of NEP and BTN.
It will never change even if they go to angkasa lepas or Oxford.

Oo! Oh! Now that the sisterhood are planning to shut down their pussies for one month because of caning...they are worries and decided to drop charges due to "pubic" pressure. How do you champion your race? By acting menacingly and in an intimidating manner and demanding concessions and privileges?

Or do you work with your fellow citizens contributing with as much effort and cooperating and complementing each other so that our nation can be more competitive in these challenging times.

Nations like Taiwan and Singapore have already left us behind. Soon Vietnam, Thailand,Cambodia and Indonesia will be overtaking us.

It is probably like a football team-discriminating against your team mates and expecting to win matches.

Mr 1PM, your vision is good but unfortunately, there is no one out there to carry out the mission. Besides, the baggages you are said to be carrying and the sabotagings by your deputy against you had taken its toll. The abuse of power at every level, from the MSM, MACC, Police, Judiciary, everything, had taken its toll, so much so, people do not believe in your Governments anymore. Whatever good you might want to do is taken with a pinch of salt, as credibility is sorely missing.

During your short term, your people had tried as best as ever to split the people, by race and religion. Your 1Malaysia is nothing, but slogans! Ask Perkasa and Muhyddin. The people are absolutely fed up and the huge pool of people waiting to vote this Government out for good is growing by the day! Thank you to Perkasa and the big mouth, empty vessel from Pasir Mas! Mr. 1PM, we are fed up and we are just waiting to vote your Government out come the next GE, because UMNO Baru is not interested in governing when they are given the mandate to do so, instead, they are more interested in creating problems in PR led States!

We all know the greatest threat to 1malaysia is from the malays becos all these years they have gotten used to hangouts. When all these is gone they will be left high and dry. That's why they are starting to panic. But as we see this will have to be phase out and meritocracy have to replace it.
Unless najib is bold enough to take on these malay opportunist, he will be crush by these people who are out to create fear among the malays.

I doubt very much 1malaysia will lever take off the ground.

There are many progressive Malays in Malaysia who unfortunately have little voice in the country's policy-making. Some of them are like Zaid Ibrahim, Amir Muhammad, Karim Raslan, Khairy Jamaluddin, Amde Sidek, Azly Rahman, M.Bakri Musa, Kassim Ahmad, Suflan Shamsuddin, Othman Ali, Harris Ibrahim, Zainah Anwar, Norani Othman, & surprisingly Marina Mahathir (who thank Allah not inheriting her father’s racist maverick genes, and many many more.

It's about time the learned/educated malays say something, because all this while the 'pariahs' and village idiots are given prime time and street protest space. Ibrahim The Frog Ali is like Mark Anthony in Macbeth - so Melayus beware also of Rauf, Nasir.
Jangan biar PERKASA perkosa Melayu. UMNO and Ibrahim The Frog Ali are so desperate as their popularity, power and "Ringgit Malaysia" is declining and diminishing.

Ketuanan Melayu, if I had to loosely translate it, means "The Master Race". The last person to use that term was Hitler. Ketuanan Melayu like you said, is Un-Islamic, un-dignified, uncultured, and definitely stupid. Unless we treat each other with respect, and consider ourselves, all as Malaysians, then we can take that step forward. Ketuanan Melayu is a dirty word, it is fascism, it is racism, and it is hideous. It definitely tarnishes the word Melayu. Bringing it ever closer to Nazi.

Liberation Movement of Malays to join Pakatan Rakyat Malaysia :
A Liberation Movement from the poison of UMNO who are feeding peanuts to poor Malays while plundering the nation of it's riches.
1) Denunciation of Apartheid/Fascism
2) Denunciation of Religious-Persecution/Religious-Supremacy
3) Espousal of Equality for all Ethnicities and Faiths as per the Hadiths of Islam AND Human Rights Charter.

When Ku Li speaks up, action is to be taken against him. But what about when Dr Mahathir Mohamad went on a relentless attack of his predecessor Abdullah Ahmad Badawi and making all sorts of accusations? Why didn't anyone in Umno have any guts to call for action against Mahathir?

To me, what Ku Li is saying is the truth and about the law. Umno is cheating Kelantan of its rightful payments, just as they did when PAS controlled Terengganu. When Terengganu fell back to BN, all is well and the royalty payments continued.

What Umno is afraid of is PAS utilising the royalty payments for the betterment of Kelantan.

It is very sad to note that there are several hundred thousand civil servants across the country who are programmed by BTN to think differently. And to add to that number, there are a couple million more Malays who wants the status quo to remain, simply because they have purchased the idea of Hak Melayu which has been hammered into them since Tun Razak's time and which was intensified during TDM's watch.

There is an equal if not greater number of Malays who support and vote for UMNO-BN. And its this very fact that there are still many Malays voting for UMNO-BN which drove the Chinese to vote for BN as well. The reason is simple - the non-Malays are waiting for the Malays to take the lead. They are so afraid of 'trouble' (May 13 and all that, you know) that they'd rather vote BN. To worsen matters, you get sickos like Wong Chun Wai writing about racial riots everytime when a GE comes around.

Many thanks to the following self-serving frogs for weeding themselves out, and good riddance:

- the Perak three (ex-PKR members Jamaluddin Mohd Radzi and Osman Jailu, and former DAP leader Hee Yit Foong);
- Badrul Hisham Abdullah;
- Zahrain Mohd Hashim;
- Tan Tee Beng
- and soon, Zul Noordin

Pakatan Rakyat and the people have no need for self-serving opportunists such as these. We voted in March 2008 to purge the country of such people, regardless of party affiliation.

Pakatan gained tremendous electoral ground because of the people's desire to see better governance and to be rid of the corrupt and racist Umno-BN regime. We are realistic enough to accept that Pakatan is not perfect, but it is at least willing to rectify its shortcomings when these appear, unlike Umno-BN, which would rather shoot the messenger and the plaintiff than admit its own rotten conduct.

I spoke to a colleague today. He's only 27 years-old. He was only a teenager 12 years ago when Dr Mahathir Mohamad persecuted Anwar Ibrahim. He says that at that time, he only knew what he read in the papers and what the schoolteachers and other adults told him. They told him Anwar was bad, and he believed them.

Today, with access to all the information on the Internet, he now understands the truth about the Anwar tragedy - how they tortured and persecuted him, and why they did it. I hope all those in their 20s and 30s are similarly enlightened. May their minds be forever free from the rubbish of Utusan Malaysia and The Star. Let them free our nation from the tyranny of Umno.

An asphyxiated and weakened TBH after the strangulation could not struggle at all, let alone put up a fight to show that there was indeed resistance to physical violence on his part, before he was given further treatments and his involuntary and infamous fall from the building.

Whether he passed out before the fall is a question only the perpetrators of the cowardly and fatal act knew the answers to.

Hopefully some new evidences would shed more light on the tragic and unwarranted brutality, leading to the arrest and conviction of the culprits.

Anwar Ibrahim's black eye episode comes to mind, where self-infliction was proven to be a made up story, and which was even tendered in a court of law as the most likely cause of the injury!

May justice prevail.

Bayan Baru’s Zahrain Mohd Hashim and Nibong Tebal’s Tan Tee Beng have succumbed to the lures allegedly thrown out by the first couple. Two other problematic MPs are expected to follow suit – Kulim Bandar Bharu’s Zulkifli Noordin and Wangsa Maju’s Wee Choo Keong.

It is actually the taxpayers’ money that is financing all these crossovers. Tan Tee Beng from Penang was paid only RM2 million. It is not much but he has gambling debts up to his eyeballs and the loan sharks or along are camped outside his house so he has no choice but to accept this figure.

Wee Choo Keong’s problem is more complicating. It involves two mistresses and one who has just given birth and Umno has threatened to expose this scandal. He also has this RM35 million legal problem with Ambank and if this can be settled ‘out of court’ then Wee will certainly become another ‘independent’ Member of Parliament.
