WTF!!!

Yeah! Being a responsible man he paid his RM1,000. Wouldn't you?'

Transcript

Prime Minister Najib says that he is happy with Muhyiddin Yassin's performance while he was away on holiday. Najib said that Muhyiddin took good care of the country while he was away.

Maybe I missed something the past 10 days. But after reading a statement like that from the Prime Minister there is a question that I would like to ask the PM.

I sure didn't feel the earth move? Did you?

Seems to be that the only thing that you should be pleased about Muhyiddin is that he didn't move your stuff out of your office while you were on makan angin somewhere.

Our leaders all seem to be quite easily pleased don't they? Just because Najib made that statement it is 'proof' that there is no rift between the two top leaders. Well according to Nazri Aziz that is.

Elsewhere I read that that Kinabatangan fler with the leaky mouth, Bung Mohktar Radin had been spared a jail term for his act of illegal polygamy. The Syariah High Court amended his one month jail sentence to a RM1,000 fine. Okay. Nothing unusual about that. What is hard to stomach is the reason given by the learned judge when he announced that the jail sentence would affect Bung who has a "big responsibility to his wives and children."

It just makes me sick to hear statements like these. These fuckers think we are stupid or what? How come Bung did not think of his responsibilities when he was fucking illegally?

Oh there is more. This Syariah High Court judge also announced that although Bung Moktar was a knowledgeable MP and lawmaker, he was not involved in the formulation of the said Syariah law.

Meaning what? That he didn't know he was commiting a crime when he married his second wife? Great! Now you've confirmed what we have always thought of Bung. That he is just a loud-mouthed moron. Thanks.

NIAMAH!!!

lady who drinks gets cane sentence, man who farkz illegally only gets a fine.

Uncle Pat ah, can I ask all the judges in Malaysia ah. If tomorrow a murderer or a rapist kills or rapes someone and later pleads to the court that since he was not involved in the formulation of Penal Code then the court will impose a lenient sentence on the criminal or let the criminal walk out a free man by paying RM1000 fine.

Ya,big responsibility to his wife in the sense he is responsible to fuck his wife. Then about the other reason that he is not involve in formulating the law, then our comman law will they reason on the same basis also to reduce sentence on those who offended the law.If the syariah jugde is a lady,I wonder what will be her verdict?

If Bung is excused because he "did not formulate the law", then it would mean every common citizen is "not bound by the laws because they did not formulate the law!" That would only be fair, wouldn't it! Then who the hell is bound by the law? Only those who "formulated" the law, i.e. MPs only!

Patrick Ah! Actually it is like this. The law on Polygamy is one small enactment that says you need to get permission from yopur 1st wife and authorities. Actually that enactment is so small that no serial polygamist gives two shit about the law.
The reason is this under the Shariah, you can take more than one wife so between gods law and MAN's law certainly GOD's law take precedent mah!
The 1st judge saw the point but on appeal, this Mukayuddin or whatever merely confirms that the enactment is a non starter and really if anyone wants to take a second wife , and you have 2K to spare, just marry la. If you are caught just pay the maximum fine.
It is only fucks wat! If liquor you can be screwed for RM 5K

They are all goods at plugging holes. If all of these morons are just as good at plugging leakage from the country's coffer, Malaysia will not be heading towards bankrupcy. From what the learned judge said, he thinks that we are all fools like many of them. Since when is ignorance of the Law an excuse. Actually I also do not know that giving money for favor is not bribery, especially if it was menat for the recepients' wife to buy sundries. Or you help me and I help you id also not bribery. Or blowing someone up with C4 is not wrong. Bloodly Moron and Looters of this country.

Patrick...quite frankly, fed-up with these Umno goons and their dogs lah. I mean fuck...look at Taiwan, now busily putting all their corrupted judges to jail because at one time, during the Democratic Party rule of Chen Shui Bian, their judiciary was just like what we have in this country, an instrument to the government and fucking corrupted to the core. But at least they are doing something about it now. Can you see something like this happening here? Not unless the sun rises from the west lah! Niamah!!!

Ohhh Bro Pat

You didn't feel the earth move, did you ? You cannot be very sensitive like our very learned religious leaders who can feel the slightest flutter of some irreligious butterfly flapping it supposedly blasphemous wings.

Well I am more sensitive than an old fellow like you. I felt the mountains shake, the waves roll and the ground tremor and crack under the bed of one Bonk Mostlah Riding. Just imagine if "The Old Faithful" at the Yellow Stone National Park shot its load downwards instead of up ! Ahh ! what a beauty and a beast can get up to ! Wear thinner socks Bro Pat if you want to feel the trice a day tremor in E Malaysia.

As for Mohidin there was hardly a ripple worth observing but oh such sweet compliments from the boss. Can this be the lull before the storm ?

As for the words of wisdom from the shariah judges, it would seem ignorance of the law is an excuse for breaking the law. Ohhh such profound and compassionate "judges". What a bucket of shit.

Niamah Niamah Niamah - Shit, bucket loads of it.

2. Adakah Mahkamah Syariah mengizin dan menggalakkan kes aka poligami tak "halal" aka tangkap basah?

3. Apakah kaitan kesalahan ini dengan tanggungjawab beliau terhadap kelaurga? Dari tingkah laku mamat ini, macam tak ada rasa tanggungjawab langsung. kalau mau ambik bini no.2 buat la cara pro sikit.

4. Bukankah hukum-hukum shariah sama saja diseluruh negara?

Pat,

Since Moohideousdin did such a good job while the PM was on holiday, the PM should permanently remain on holiday in Mongolia and let the Moohideousdin take over for good. Afterall it is almost impossible to spend the billions in one's lifetime as you can only buy and wear so many valuable timepieces and there will still be plenty left to buy some C4 here and there for some private fireworks party.

As for Dung Mohktar, he would have happily paid a RM1.0 million fine as opposed to going to jail as he would not want another man's pair of hands resting on the fine set of cleavage when he is incarcerated with some sodomites in Sg. Buloh. I agree with the Syariah judge that Dung is innocent since he does not know what he had done is wrong. To err is human, to forgive is divine.

How to trust PM Najib Razak when he says something and does another. His New Economic Model (NEM) implementation is still on the table, having been 'outlawed' by Perkasa.

He wants the private sector to engage both bumiputera and non-bumiputera participation, but when it concerns public sector employment, it is still one way - for bumiputeras.

Najib keeps mentioning about his wishes and idealism as contained in the 10th Malaysian Plan. As the PM, he should appreciate better than the rest of us about the concept of walk the talk.

How could you march forward and expect your followers to follow you when they have no confidence in what you say to them? The case in point is about good governance. Can Najib tell us that under the 10th MP there is a commitment for the administration to be "transparent, accountable and open" in its governance?

Looking from the people's perspective, there are the four cases handled by its instruments: the TBH (Teoh Beng Hock) inquest; Sodomy II; Boustead's RM1.3 billion submarine maintenance contract; and N Tharmendran's alleged torture by the Air Force. Where these things mentioned in the 10th MP?

Every single step that Najib takes is being closely watched by the people. As long as a gap exists, no amount of exhortation will help bring back the lost confidence.

Recently news headlines on the New Economic Model (NEM) have suddenly dominated the media like "IMF asks Malaysia to take 'decisive' action on reforms" and "Najib tells Chinese to lead reforms under NEM, 10MP" in the past 24 hours.

It is good for Ex-Dentist and former Selangor MB Khir Toyo to list down his "achievements" during his tenure as MB, but have these projects benefited the people or benefited him and his cronies? Khalid may have done only one thing, but if that one thing has benefited the rakyat greatly, then he has done a great job.

In fact, you should ask Khalid, "I have a RM24 million mansion, do you?"

If you, Khir Toyo, have done a good job, you would not be where you are today; and you would not have shredded documents the night you lost the elections. For what it is worth, I must say Khalid has done well so far, despite the constraints he is in. He has seen to it that infants, senior citizens, the poor and the disabled are cared for. Even though this is just a trickle in the ocean, the little things that mean a lot.

Today, two people were charged in relation to the Pempena Sdn Bhd issue. Will the director-general, Datuk Mirza Mohammad Taiyab, now face another charge on the same issue after being acquitted of the earlier charge?

Well, you can be assured that the minister, Azalina Othman, will not be the one who will be made to face the law. The ministers who instructed the civil servants never are. It is always those who were instructed by the ministers to carry out the instructions that are the ones to take the fall.

One interesting thing in this whole matter, however, is that the latest corruption case involves a payment of RM169,700 made to Ummi Hafilda Ali. Now, was this one of the many pay-offs to Ummi Hafilda, the person central to the Anwar Ibrahim Sodomy I case?

Yes, if you were to read the court transcripts of the Anwar trial back in 1998-1999, you will see that Ummi Hafilda Ali was well rewarded for her role in bringing Anwar down. And the latest case today proves this. But it is the poor employees who just did what their ministers asked them to do who are now on trial.

And this appears to be how it works. The ministers tell their staff what to do. And when the shit hits the fan, the staff are arrested and charged while the ministers get to walk free.

For the eighth year in succession, Malaysia has been left out of the World’s Top 500 Universities ranking in the Shanghai Jiao Tong University’s “Academic Ranking of World Universities ARWU 2010” released yesterday.

This is the latest proof that the long-talked about higher education reform based on meritocracy and academic excellence is not making much headway.

It underlines the economic and nation-building crisis confronting Malaysia and the warning of the New Economic Model (NEM) that the “human capital situation in Malaysia is reaching a critical stage” because “We are not developing talent and what we have is leaving”.

DAP leaders must be careful not to fall into BN's trap of using the UMNO-MCA "Sandiwara" quarrel as an excuse to apply the ISA powers of detention without trial as happened during Operasi Lallang in 1987

This "sandiwara" quarrel is a chilling reprise of the events during 1987 when then Deputy President Datuk Lee Kim Sai had a media war with then UMNO Youth President Datuk Najib Tun Razak.

Perakians are mourning as they can no longer choose their own government just like colonial days. Democracy is dead in Perak. Hundreds of police surround and take hold of the Perak State Assembly building whenever the Assembly sits. The legitimate speaker, Mr.V.Sivakumar was forcibly removed by the police from the State Assembly on the bidding of BN. The police broke laws with impunity because they carry out their actions according to BN's instructions. Perak in virtually a police state. State Assembly is no longer a place to debate and discuss the affairs of the state. Elected representatives are no longer allowed to speak freely. Annual Budget is approved within 20 minutes and State Assembly is over within a day. For Perakian and Malaysians who symphatise with us, there is nothing to celebrate on this 31st August our national independence day.

Allow Perakians to mourn for this may be soothing to their souls. Allow them to wear black coloured shirts or even fly black coloured flags on 31st August, if that will help to alleviate the injustice that they are subjected to.

Has the Mayor of Ipoh been directed by BN Government of Perak to enforce the above said ruling? It sounds like imperial masters of the past forcing patriotism on the conquered subjects. It is like the Japanese who conquered the then Malaya and using force on the people of Malaya to host the Japanese flag and swear allegiance to the Imperial Japanese Government.

If the BN government and the Mayor of Ipoh insist that shop owners must fly the flags, may I ask if they are allowed to fly half mast?

An ant worked hard in the sweltering heat all summer, building its nest and laying up supplies for the winter.

A grasshopper thought the ant was stupid not knowing how to enjoy life. It spent its days laughing, singing & dancing thoroughly enjoying the summer.

Came winter, the shivering grasshopper called a press conference and demanded to know why the ant should be warm and well fed while he was cold and starving.

TV1, TV2 & TV3 showed up to provide pictures of the shivering grasshopper alongside to a video clip of the ant in his comfortable home with a table full of food.

The majority of the Malaysian Parliamentarians were stunned by the sharp contrast. How could this poor grasshopper be allowed to suffer?

Khairy staged a demonstration in front of the ant's nest.

Nazri went on a hunger strike along with other grasshoppers demanding that they be relocated to warmer climate area during winter.

The Malaysia Government immediately passed a law forbidding all ants from working hard in the summer so as to bring about equality of poverty between ants and grasshoppers.

Hishammudin increased 'More Special Reservations' for grasshoppers in E ducational Institutions & in Government Services..

The ant was fined for failing to share 30% of his food with the grasshopper. The Prime Minister announced that this was part of the N E P. No ant should question it. (Don't forget, Tax Audits were introduced and targeted at certain individuals who were eventually penalised heavily for not contibuting enough to the well-being of the grasshoppers).

Many years later...

Some ant migrated to the US and set up multi-billion dollar companies there.

Hundreds of grasshoppers still died of starvation despite the 'More Special Reservations'.

Losing significant number of hard working ants and free loading the grasshoppers, Malaysia remained a developing country, despite its abundant natural resources.
All because the remaining ANTS were still doing their work .............................

Latest finding showed that almost all the grasshoppers in the political arena and civil service were hoarding corrupt wealth which they refused to share with fellow grasshoppers.
