Laugh Out Loud Stories

Apparently, this is an essential item in Malaysian homes.
The TV la!

Developed nations status? We're there already. How do I know this? Flood victims in Malaysia, as anywhere else, need "essential" items to survive and get on with things. According to this news story, Malaysians' 'essentials' include LED TV's. Phwaaar! Terror or not?  Full story HERE

---o0o---

Apparently looking at pictures of our civil servants can now instill patriotism. Damn funny right?

---o0o---

Okay, sit down. Read this...

A television, a fridge, a mattress, pillows and a stove. That’s what around 32,000 families of victims affected by the flood last December will get each.

The aforementioned aid is a joint effort by Putera 1Malaysia Club, Umno and Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

The 32-inch LED televisions and two-door fridges are contributed by MCMC and Umno respectively, while the mattresses, pillows and stoves are from the Putera 1Malaysia Club.

Putera 1Malaysia Club chairman Datuk Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim expects more than 150,000 victims to benefit from this aid. (The Star online)

First, can somebody do the math and tell me how much a 32-inch LED TV costs? Multiply that by 32,000 please.

Second, I don't understand what the Putera 1Malaysia Club chairman Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim was saying about 150,000 victims benefiting from this.
Oh wait a minute. TV can share and watch. Ok good. Stove? Ok can share for cooking. Ok good. Mattresses and pillows? You mean share and sleep together ah?

Here you read the news story for yourself. I don't faham la what the fler is tokking.

Our kangkong PM is really out of touch with the people. It is really shocking how far out of touch he is! By the look of his face when he gave the speech, he looked very confident and that he had a very good argument aginst all Barang Naik and that govt was unjustly blamed. He really thought he can fool ppl that the BN govt was not to be blamed for all Barang Naik.

Now Najib has a taste of his own medicine in Kangkung-gate.

He has been spending and splashing our hard earned money like nobody business during GE13 just to fish for vote.

Now is the pay back time, all of us have to suffer thanks to those who voted for BN.

Najib is smart he immediately increased the price of everything after GE13 since Malaysian in general are forgetful so coming GE14 most of us may already forget about about price hike and GST and continue to vote for BN just like the Altantuya case.

TV is important for Umno to disseminate its propaganda via bulletin 8pm to the kampong folks!

Do you have special kangkung dish in tribute to PM Najib at your restaurant?

Despite of the fallen price, the water spinach shouldn't be taken in big amount bcos it will cause weakness in hands and legs and then spreading to the most vital and important organ of a man. Moderation is the answer, men. Too much of the green will lead the unnecessary service of the viagra in men. Viagra for MCA and our economy is ready too much a burden to bear. Hope all men will take heed of the advice. Good day.

PM Najib has directed mandatory media training for his ministers to prevent more missteps that have made his administration a laughing stock among Malaysians.

The PM’s second term has been marked by “foolish” remarks from several ministers that spawned Internet memes and jokes detrimental to Putrajaya’s image.

This is another case of “band-Aid” or “handy-plast” actions. No amount of media training will help this lot, the problem is their arrogance and sense of entitlement. What they all have in common is the way they look down on the rakyar of Malaysia. No amount of media training will not change this. They have spent so many years being able to utter rubbish statements without anyone being able to reply, they cannot change. They still have not grasped the reality of the internet.

It’s the caliber of the cabinet thats the problem. No amount of media media training gonna solve that. Another example of the present admin not addressing the cause of the problem. Prescribing aspirin for headache cause by brain tumour.

Just like a father crab teaching the children crabs to walk straight. This shows how dumb and out of touch the PM is. By the way what happen to all the janji ditepati promised. When a minister is stupid, he is stupid. No amount of training and re-training will be able to correct that. Did not Mahathir say that UMNO leaders who remain in power for too long will leave behind leaders who are more stupid than them?

We can see the writing on the wall with so many ugly incidents happening recently. Something big, a conspiracy, is going to happen and conveniently it shall be in Penang. At least the damage from any disturbances, if any, is limited on the island. Even the perpetrators do not want to see a whole damaged nation. The ball game apparently is to ‘topple’ PM Najib from his position as president of Umno . The non-Muslims and non- Umno members just become collateral damage of such internal power struggle within the party. The plot using such extremist tactics is to put Najib on a defence. Remember May 13th 1969’s tactic of kicking out the then PM Tunku Abdul Rahman? Why Penang – obvious isn’t it? It is a government headed by ‘Chinese’ DAP (as though in the past the Gerakan-led BN govt was not Chinese?). See the pattern. Penang Umno acted like samseng to protest against the kangkung flash mob incident turning it into a racial issue. Penang Umno’s involvement - though distanced itself from some NGO, on its memo protesting the open sale of pork on the island? Perkasa then closed in for the ‘kill’ – unprecedentedly now attacked Najib on ‘Allah’ stand. The target had been identified – just in case some Umno members under its extremist wing are clueless! Another unheard of act; over 1,000 Umno grassroots members presented an unusual show of force to its leaders (actually the message is for Najib)at the party HQ urging PM to be more stern on non-Muslims using the word ‘Allah’. Next came the controversial banners with words ‘Jesus is the son of Allah’ hung up outside of churches. Is it the penultimate–two Molotov cocktails thrown into the compound of the church? I wouldn’t dare to imagine of the fateful finale.IGP including Najib do something.

Umno has lost the plot and will be consigned to the dustbin of history. Globalization is the way forward. There's no such thing as kenang budi in politics. The only majority or minority that matters in a democracy is that in the legislature, not in the population or the streets, as otherwise it would be tantamount to Apartheid which has been outlawed by international law. While the majority in the legislature has the right to rule, the minority -- the losing votes in a seat in the GE -- has the right to be heard. All politics is about the restructuring of power and the restructuring of the allocation of resources. There must be Rule of Law, human rights, checks and balances, separation of powers, public accountability, transparency and openness. There must be a regular change of government failing which the people would have lost their sovereignty to a handful of criminals. Man does not live by bread alone.

To the Malay NGOs, you keep fighting for Malay supremacy, where are the Malays today. Most of the Malay graduates are monolingual either under or unemployed cannot communicate and mixed with others, have one track thinking and poor in English. To these NGOs very likely you have sons, daughters and close relatives under these groups. Keep on fighting for these supremacy others have moved far away, leaving you and your kins far behind

Whoever funded the cost for the items given to the flood victims came from from the same source, the people of Malaysia !
They never ever came from those organisations
at all, a good example is where do you think Umno got all their funds from to begin with ?When almost all members are on tongkats and wheelchairs and are now on the verge, if they are not already demanding, of demanding for blank cheques !
Especially so when there are only more than 1 million tax payers and there are over 3 million of these parasites.
If one was to subtract the corp tax payers how many individuals, better still how many individual tax payers are there are from Umno ? Or another interesting question is how many of them are from the majority race of more than 16 people in Malaysia ?
If not for Petronas and the non hala tax payers the country would have gone bust long ago. Petronas cannot keep coming up with the huge amount of taxes they are paying forever. What will happen when the black gold has run dry soon, like Indonesia ? You don't need to be a chartered accountant to tell you the country will depend very much on corp tax payers like Genting, Four Digits, Turf Clubs just to name a few to stay afloat.
It is ll right for the Islamic religious body to stop the Christians from using the word Allah but this very same organisation survival is funded from the non hala taxes from these haram set ups. Just look at Indonesia, they close up the Casions, turf clubs and the likes in the name of Islam. And without oil and these non halal revenues, are they struggling to balance their budget in spite of the many natural resources ? And without doubt Malaysia is heading in the same direction soon and very soon when the good earth stop coming up with the black gold ? What and where will Malaysia be then ? Simple logic will tell you more taxes will have to be introduced.
The recent reduction of the subsidies and the introduction of new taxes are only indications of what is to come in future. Now you know why they are doing that and if that are bad enough for the people just you wait when there is no more black gold has run dry ! On top of all that you also have to provide to a bunch of corrupt administrators' needs ! We are already heavily in debt plus the Malaysian currency has depreciated more than 160%, what is going to happen next if you keep electing these bunch of morons to stay in Putrajaya ?

It is UMNO's standard operating procedure to call any Malay who supports the opposition or a true 1Malaysia as a traitor to his race and religion. This SOP is becoming meaningless as more Malays give up on UMNO. They are finding that they are no less Malays or Muslims. I never liked Anwar because of his past with UMNO. But when he stands up to fight for my right as a Malaysian, I have no other course but support him. Together we will bring down UMNO and consign it to dustbin of history.

A true racist and extremist Perkasa want to talk about racial integration? Dong Zong has every right to demand for recognition and funding to vernacular school because it has proven over the years to have produced many capable and successful tax paying citizen who as a manner fact that those tax money have been used for the funding of Perkasa! So learn to be grateful before talking any racial integration!

I am totally bewildered by MCA's sudden penchant for ministerial and other positions in the Umno government considering the sorry circumstances that lead to its earlier decision not to take up such positions. All the more, considering that their current standing, following GE13, is at its all time lowest ebb among the Chinese community. What would be the benefits that accrue to the Chinese community when a group of rejected officials and members from a rejected party take up positions in a corrupted regime? No prize for guesses.

Malaysian authorities had revealed there were “sealed evidence that cannot be made public” in relation to the missing flight.

What can be so secret about the transcripts with a commercial plane leading up to the yet unexplained U-turn that cannot be made public?

1. What are the authorities trying to hide?
2. What has RMAF assumed and when did they check with Subang?
3. When did Subang find out and did they assume as well?
4. If not, what did they do and did they check with RMAF about the missing plane?
5. When was this incident escalated, what was escalated to whom and when?
6. Was there no independent validation by RMAF?
7. Is it because there is no one to give that instruction?
or RMAF's Standard Operating Procedures says it is ok to assume?
8. On what basis did they assume the dot doing the u-turn is a friendly flying object?
9. Why was this information not made available to the SAR in the South China Sea?
10. Whose decision was it to suppress the information until the following week?
